Romantic Blush and White Lace Wedding Invitation

I knew the minute I met with Michele that she and I were going to have fun working together. Her wedding style was elegant, classic and feminine with beautiful muted tones of blush and white…

Michele wanted her invitation suite to be unique, beautiful and personal so I set to work creating several different looks for her. The first order of business was save the dates, which included lace, a custom made bow and letterpress details. (Check out our Behind The Scenes: Letterpress video to see how this save the date was produced!)

This definitely got her guests excited about the event and what was to come! Next up was the invitation suite which she and I had so much fun working on. Out of the options I gave Michele and Tim, they chose the perfect design as the preview for their beautiful event to come.

The invitation was housed in a laser cut sleeve with a window to showcase their lovely monogram seal, which graced the cover of the lace invitation once it was pulled out of the sleeve.

The invitation opened to reveal a beautiful letterpress invitation as well as custom pocket to house the insert cards.

Every piece of the suite was beautifully letterpress printed in two colors on ultra thick cotton paper.

Carrying the look through to your day of details is key to creating the perfect look for your big day. Michele and Tim had so many fun day of elements for their celebration. A few of my favorites were their menus, fan programs and escort cards.

The fan programs were the perfect choice for their outdoor celebration at the Biltmore in Santa Barbara.

Michele and Tim wanted to make sure the kids at the wedding had plenty of entertainment. Not only did they have a special play room for the kids, we designed fun interactive menus for them which were tied with a mini pencil to keep them busy during the dinner hour.

Another fun detail from the day was the custom parasol tags we created.

And a little peek at the reception table details, their menu and table numbers.

Michele and Tim’s wedding celebration had many absolutely stunning details but more importantly, it was a celebration of incredible love, family and friendship which, after all, is what a wedding should be all about. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with this amazing couple who I am now blessed to call friends. Thank you Michele and Tim for letting me be part of your special day!
